Floor;
Timezone;
Telephone number;
avatar image;
Twitch account;
Facebook profile (an organization banned in Russia);
Twitter profile;
YouTube profile;
profile in discord; and
Google profile.

You may also connect your Stream-Hype account to third party platforms such as Steam, Wargaming, XBOX, PSN, Battle.net, Google, Discord and HiRez, in which case we collect the following information in relation to each third party platform:

Username/alias
User login
An access token that allows us to connect to your third party account and verify that we are connecting to the correct third party account; and
A refresh token that allows us to request additional access tokens and therefore reconnect to third party accounts until the refresh token is revoked (if, for example, you decide to disconnect your account from a third party platform).

If you choose to link a game to your Stream-Hype account, we will collect the following information about each game:

Nick;
ID;
Rank/Skill Level/Elo based on your previous performance in games;
Basic profile statistics;
Information about prohibitions; and
Friends list (Steam only).

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WHEN YOU USE THE ONLINE SERVICES (“GENERAL INFORMATION”)

When you play a game using one of our Clients, we collect the following information from you:

Match statistics;
Match results;
match replays;
Event logs related to your gaming behavior.

INFORMATION USED TO UNDERSTAND HOW USERS FIND OUR ONLINE SERVICES (“ATRIBUTION INFORMATION”).

When you register, we record the web page from which you accessed Stream-Hype.

CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU WHEN CONTACTING US OR USING THE SUPPORT CENTER (“CONTACT INFORMATION”)

We may ask you for, or you may provide us with, certain contact information whenever you contact us through the Support Center.

In order to set up an account to use the Developer Portal, we will collect the following information from you:

Alternatively, you can log into your account on the Stream-Hype website.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU WHEN USING THE FORUMS (“FORUM INFORMATION”)

In order to set up your account to use the Forums, we will collect the following information from you:

Username;
E-mail address;
password; and
a unique user ID that identifies your account.

Alternatively, you can log into your account on the Stream-Hype website.

INFORMATION COLLECTED TO PROVIDE ANALYTICS (“ANALYTICS”)

We may collect technical information about your use of the Online Services through the use of tracking and analytics technologies.

The personal information we may collect includes the following:

How many times you visit the Website;
what pages you go to;

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT AND TO ALLOW YOU TO USE THE FORUMS, THE DEVELOPER PORTAL AND THE SUPPORT CENTER.

We may process contact information so that we can properly respond to your and support requests through the Support Center, and we may process forum information so that you can use the forums in accordance with the terms of use agreed between us.

We use mail.ru to process support requests.

TO ATTRACT NEW USERS AND ATTRACT CURRENT USERS

We may process Mailing List Information to provide you with suggestions and recommendations about contests and services that may be of interest to you, provide you with information about other similar services we offer, and notify you of changes to our Clients or the services we provide. .

Our databases are powered by MongoDB, MySQL and Redis. Our servers are hosted by AWS and Google. We use Digital Ocean to manage our cloud computing. Some files are stored using Dropbox.

When we transfer your information outside the EEA, we have agreements in place with those parties that include standard data protection clauses adopted by the data protection regulator and approved by the European Commission to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect your personal data.
